Our panel range is made up of two core panel types with a large variety of finishes. The two core panel types are as follows:-

Type 1

Panel C4TT which has a high performance chipboard core and is available in light, medium and "rolling load" grades. View C4TT panel Technical Specifications.

The product is strong, durable, very resistant to fire and performs exceptionally well in extremes of temperature and humidity. In addition to this, a great deal of consideration is given to environmental issues with regard to both the manufacturing process and to the recycling capabilities of waste and redundant materials.

Joint Venture Production (JVP) have a modern factory producing high quality Raised Access Flooring located in Padua, Northern Italy. They have developed an automated production line which can manufacture a superior standard of panel to that previously available in the market.

A patented new method of galvanized steel encapsulation of the core is the basis of their panels' increased strength. This strength is gained from the double folded edge which joins the top and bottom steel sheets under tension. JVP call this method of forming their "4x4" construction - 4 layers of steel all around 4 edges of the panel. The double folding forms strong and watertight edges on the panel (similar to a tin can) and internal gluing ensures that corners are also well protected. The outer steel covering has a hot dipped galvanized coating to protect against rust in adverse conditions.

The product is patented in more than 22 countries around the world and we believe it represents the best and simplest raised access floor solution. It not only satisfies the demand for a light yet very robust product but also performs at its best as part of the construction process. For example, it is frequently used as a working platform for other trades.
